Children Under 16's

As of Tuesday 4th March 2025 at 8am parents will have the choice to either go to our website and select Child Request (under 16s) and submit a request or call up to make an appointment for under 16's. You will not be triaged there will be boxes you will need to free text the symtoms of your child.

The forms will be open 12pm on Sunday and close 3.30pm Friday. All requests will go into our inbox and our care navigator will call you. You will not be able to book an appointment.
